Consider inviting representatives from different faiths to have a conversation with participants. Ask the visitor to share with the group a story from their personal history as well as explain some of the key aspects of their faith. Prepare the participants beforehand by telling them about the visitor/s and have them put together questions that they can ask the visitor. Alternatively, you could ask people from other cultures or nationalities to come and talk with the group. Allow the participants plenty of time to ask questions freely and, if necessary, remind them of what they learned about compassionate and active listening. After the visit ask participants what they learned during the visit.
If it is practical and appropriate, you might also like to consider arranging a visit to a different house of worship and facilitate a discussion between your group and adherents of a different religion.
